How to Sponsor a Share Literacy Program

If your company or foundation shares the goal of improving the lives of all children and families by supporting literacy, consider making a grant to Share Literacy. Your funds can be earmarked to support book distribution through established literacy programs in your local community or nationwide, targeting the areas of greatest need.

Corporate and Foundation Donors

Illiteracy has reached crisis levels in the United States, and lack of access to books is a leading cause. Share Literacy is able to provide quality books to disadvantaged children through community literacy programs, thanks to the tax-deductible sponsoring donations and grants from concerned business, foundations and individuals. These grants help offset the cost of book printing and shipping, as well as the development and distribution of important supplemental resources such as the Hoopoe Home Literacy Kits and the Hoopoe Early Literacy Curriculum.

Help us provide quality books to at-risk children. Grants are needed to expand book production and distribution to community literacy programs.
